I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience working with adults and young adults using trauma-informed interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapies (DBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques. My therapy style focuses on change as a constant and certain part of life. It emphasizes what is changeable and possible. Clients work on developing their own goals, and using their resources and strengths to move forward in their therapeutic work.

Healing comes from an integration of mind, body, and spirit, and my practice encourages healing of the whole self. Learning to live our truths, leaning into authenticity, and embracing our imperfections on our path of healing is the core of our work.
