Accepting clients Last Updated 0 days ago

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances who are seeking to better cope with and manage the complexities of life. I specialize in relationship issues, life transitions, grief, stress management, anxiety, depression, and motivation. I have a special interest in helping young adults navigate the unique stress and pressures that come along with this phase of life. I approach therapy from a strengths-based and solution-focused orientation and incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-focused psychotherapy.

My therapy style is collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I will bring thoughtfulness and genuine curiosity into our sessions and will meet you wherever you are at. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and safe to explore issues that are impacting you day to day. If you are struggling with feeling lost, distressed, or overwhelmed, please reach out. I look forward to talking with you!
