Melissa Atkinson
I believe people can benefit from therapy at any stage in life, things come up and often we need a sounding board to gain insight into our future goals or past experiences. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to make significant changes in your life and improve overall well being. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach that is warm and welcoming.
I have over 12 years of experience working with youth, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical settings. These individuals are trying to figure out their path in life, coping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Another area of focus is maternal issues; including perinatal mood disorders, trauma or loss, and parenting.
