I am a Harvard-trained and affiliated clinical psychologist with a practice in Concord, Massachusetts. Until 2020 I also practiced in Boston and have worked with many college and graduate students over the years. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments, and work with adults of all ages struggling with relationships or family difficulties, depression and anxiety, pandemic-related stress, adjusting to new environments or life situations, grief, health issues, sexual orientation and other issues.
My approach has an emphasis on insight-oriented ("talk") psychotherapy, but I use multiple approaches depending on what is needed. Appointments are held for you, generally on a weekly basis. Our goals are to address problems that interfere with school, social life or work, and that cause distress, and to learn more about you and your relationships as you move forward through life transitions. In therapy, we will explore current patterns and root causes of problems, while working together to actively make changes now. Seeking therapy can be stressful and confusing - please contact me with any questions.
Note: M/W appointments are virtual, T/Th appointments are in person in Concord. *Please note: I offer a 1/3 discount for students*
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
