Melanie Tramper
Do you feel weighed down by grief and sadness? Are you feeling disconnected from yourself, your surroundings, or your relationships? Anxiety and depression can be like a thick fog that seems impossible to lift. My goal is to help guide you through that fog and find relief from emotional pain. I offer a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that acknowledges and respects your emotional journey.
My area of expertise is providing support to persons struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and family conflict. I have been working with adults, children, and families to help them navigate traumatic experiences in the social work field for the past seven years.
Together, we will work on developing a more compassionate inner dialogue, and healthier coping mechanisms that will help you live more authentically. I commend you on taking the first steps toward healing, and I am here to support you.
