Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Through a compassionate and body-aware approach, Melanie helps people move from survival mode into empowerment and relief. She specializes in young adult and teen issues, the emotional challenges that come with living with autoimmune disease, and relationship difficulties (particularly helping individuals feeling stuck in repeated, unhealthy relationships). Many of her clients are people dealing with anxiety, depression, and college or career transitions. She also helps athletes experiencing performance pressures and burnout, high achieving individuals with anxiety, and people struggling with disordered eating and weight management.

Melanie believes in the power of therapy and connection to inspire growth, healing, and meaning. She honors each individual’s lived experience while helping them understand how their brain & body respond to stress. This understanding helps her clients feel ready to navigate challenges and find relief.

She lives by the quote “faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase”- a symbolic reference of "the journey" toward change. If you think she may be a good fit for your needs, she would be honored to support you on “your journey”.
