Melani Green
At The M.E. Green House, I create a welcoming space where students can talk openly, feel heard, and learn practical ways to manage life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, friendships, or big changes, I’ll meet you where you are and help you take steps forward at your own pace.
My approach is supportive and collaborative. In sessions, we’ll focus on what’s most important to you — sometimes that means talking things through, other times it’s learning simple coping strategies, practicing grounding techniques, or creating a plan you can use in real life. I believe therapy should feel comfortable, practical, and tailored to your needs.
With over 15 years of experience, my goal at The M.E. Green House is to help you build confidence, find balance, and carry tools with you that will last long after our sessions.
