Hi, I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner passionate about women’s mental health. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling with anything from pregnancy planning to postpartum depression, you’re not alone—and I’m here to help.

I specialize in working with young adults and women going through big life transitions, like managing fertility challenges, coping with pregnancy loss, or navigating postpartum struggles. Whether it’s figuring out how to handle mood swings, managing the stress of IVF, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a safe space for you to explore your emotions and find the right support—whether through therapy, medication, or a combination of both.

I know that finding the right provider can feel daunting, especially when you’re already feeling vulnerable. My approach is collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and build a treatment plan that makes sense for you. I want you to feel heard and supported, and my goal is to help you find relief and start feeling like yourself again.

I’ve spent years working with women at all stages, including those dealing with PMDD, peri-menopause, and postpartum anxiety or depression. I also have a background working with children and families in the foster care system, so I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating life’s ups and downs.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling better, I’d love to support you on your journey. Let’s find a path forward, together.
