Welcome! Therapy is a team effort - no one should face life’s challenges alone. I work with people from all walks of life –teens, young adults, veterans, a diversity of races, ethnicities, religions, sexualities, gender identities, socio economic statuses, and worldviews. My expertise is in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety, though I also have knowledge and experience working with Depression, Trauma and Stress-related Disorders, Life Transitions, Grief, Chronic Illness and Pain, Identity Development, and Relationship Dynamics.

I emphasize your strengths and creatively weave together evidence-based tools to fit your unique goals and learning style. In our work you will build skills to identify and regulate your emotions, clarify values and identity, tolerate distress, improve communication and relationships, navigate uncertainty and change, and increase fulfillment.

If you are seeking a supportive, judgment-free zone to sort through challenges, get unstuck, and become the best version of yourself, you’ve come to the right place. I welcome you to get curious as we uncover what makes you “you” and discover methods that will lead you to fulfillment and peace. Allow me to walk with you, you don’t have to walk alone.
