College is supposed to be one of the most exciting times of your life — but let’s be honest, it can also be one of the most overwhelming! Between academic pressure, social expectations, major life transitions, and grieving losses - whether that’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a sense of identity, or simply the life you thought you’d have — it can feel like too much to carry on your own.
I’m Megan York, a licensed mental health counselor and grief counselor with nearly 15 years experience working with college students (I even interned at a college counseling center!). My practice is a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you're feeling and who you are — even when those feelings are confusing, painful, or hard to put into words.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, loneliness, academic burnout, or grief, I’m here to support you with compassion, skill building and a space to be who you are and feel heard.
You’re not alone. Let’s talk when you’re ready.
