Recent events and life in general have rocked your world and left you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and sad. Your relationships are suffering, you're exhausted and burned out, and life just feels harder than it used to. Maybe it looks like things are fine on the outside, but on the inside, you feel like you’re losing your mind. If you’re lucky enough to have stable employment and a comfortable home life, you may be feeling guilty for struggling so much. Your reality is valid, and sometimes you just can't do everything on your own. Asking for help takes courage and vulnerability and is a grand act of self-care.
You want to get back to living your life with a sense of purpose and joy. There is no rubric for how to cope and reclaim your life, but therapy offers a safe space for you to explore and discover what happiness looks like for you and how to heal in a way that works best for you.
My approach is empathetic, open-minded, relaxed, and gently challenging. I hope you are willing to step outside your comfort zone and join me in working hard to get to a better place. Therapy is not always comfortable, but it is always worth it.
