My name is Megan Tarshis, LCSW and I am a stress management expert. Are you struggling with stress? Are you noticing changes in your physical, mental, and emotional health? It's common and happening now more than ever.

I specialize in working with individuals with stress and anxiety. I graduated from Smith College School for Social Work in 2005. I completed my internship and fellowship at Emory University and oversaw their stress clinic for 10 years. I can help you master your stress.

Join me for a 4-8 session, stress management training series. You will learn about your stress response, including biological reactions, balance in five key areas, emotional awareness, time management, and more. You will gain hands-on techniques that you can implement immediately.

Tools include deep breathing, body scan, grounding through your senses, back to basics technique, and more. You will take away personalized strategies to reduce stress and have more ease, balance, and manageability in your life.
