College comes with a lot of changes and sometimes, it can feel like too much. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, substance use, or just feeling lost, you don’t have to face it alone. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed underneath, while others may be struggling to function day-to-day. No matter your starting point, therapy offers a space to build clarity, resilience, and change at your own pace.
My approach is trauma-informed, client-driven, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative, somatic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Sessions are flexible yet focused, offering space to process deeply and use practical tools. If you're ready to navigate it together, I’m here to help!
