Life is hard. We get overwhelmed. And stuck. And sometimes it can snowball and we start to lose control. The question is, how do we get out of this cycle? What is it that isn’t working for you? What needs to change? What is keeping you from overcoming these obstacles? The answers aren’t always obvious because there are many factors that fracture our attention, steal our resources, and prevent progress. The ways to get to a content mindset are often clouded by our circumstances, habits, and perspective.
My job is to help you explore these factors and work toward implementing mechanisms that are going to assist you in getting where you want to be with yourself in all aspects of your being. I am committed to working with you to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, respecting the ways of coping that have brought you this far.
My approach centers around exploring the relationship with all the parts of the self that need tending. I am here to support you through that process as you deepen your sense of your own needs and the boundaries and practices that can help you care for yourself. I believe the answers we search for are within, and I am here to provide guidance and support.
