Hello, I'm Megan. We are living in a time with so many stressors, but you are taking the right steps by seeking a partner in therapy.

I have a passion for helping people get through the hurdles of life and come out with a new perspective. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, medical issues, caregiver stress, parenting, end-of-life issues, or something else, I want to join with you so you can work through these things and live a more fulfilled life.

With over 20 years of experience working with all age groups, I have specialized in areas such as aging, dementia, caregiving, adoption, school services, clinic-based therapy, parenting, residential treatment, and psychiatric hospital services. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. I wanted to bring my knowledge into the private-practice realm to help a variety of clients.

My therapeutic style is open and fluid, based on your unique needs. I work through cognitive-behavioral, motivational, psychoeducational, and trauma-focused perspectives. Most importantly, I will tailor our work to meet what you need, and we will be partners in this process.

I am invested in making sure that I'm a good fit for you, and if not, that is okay. I am happy to answer your questions and connect with you to find out. Let's take this journey together toward a more fulfilled life.
