Welcoming new clients! I am a trauma specialist who works with adults managing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and PTSD. I offer a supportive space for those in various life stages, ranging from young adults stepping into independence, to parents juggling the joys and challenges of raising a family, to anyone looking to reclaim a sense of safety and balance in their daily lives. Whether it is learning how to calm your nervous system, reparent yourself, or simply figuring out how to keep some semblance of cool in an increasingly chaotic world, I am here to help.

Trauma and stress teach us that the world is not safe. Therapy helps us remember that, even so, safety still exists. As a trauma specialist, I believe safety and connection are the cornerstones of wellbeing, and I am experienced in helping clients re-establish a sense of safety in their bodies, relationships, and environment.

My work is rooted in a collaborative relationship focused on your goals, building on your strengths, and increasing your ability to savor moments of calm, peace, & joy. I will support you in finding a path to feeling safe, grounded, and able to manage life with confidence and skill. Reach out for a free 15-minute consult to see if we're a good fit!
