We all hold the inner knowledge of what is best for our lives but sometimes need a gentle guide to help us find our path. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space where you will feel comfortable expressing difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences, whether that be through traditional talk therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) or psychedelic integration work. EMDR is an evidenced based modality that assists in resolving distress related to past traumas. Trauma is not always what happened to you but sometimes what did not happen, such as physical or emotional neglect.
