Megan Farrell
Hi, I’m Megan—welcome! If you’re here, you might be questioning where you are in life and what truly matters to you. I work with clients to uncover and strengthen their inner voice, empowering them to actualize the goals and life they want. Whether you’re navigating relationships, academic pressures, identity, or major life changes, therapy is a space to process, grow, and take meaningful steps forward. I specialize in working with middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students. I also have experience with ERP for OCD and complex anxiety but focus on helping you take empowered, intentional steps forward.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also building practical skills for change. I use DBT, ACT, and CBT, always centering your strengths and values. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging space where you feel heard and challenged in ways that promote real growth.
Healing starts with a choice—to show up, engage, and move forward. If you're reflecting on what’s important and ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals and helps you build the life you want. Visit my website to learn more and schedule your first session—I look forward to working with you
