Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

In working with clients I use a collaborative and integrative approach that I feel maximizes the benefits of counseling. This approach may include elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family systems or solution-focused brief therapy. I enjoy helping clients reach their goals, feel better, and be happier and healthier in their daily lives. If ever there is something that does not work, I like to try and find a better approach that fits.
