Megan Cannon
In a world where we are expected to look, speak and act a certain way, we often lose our truest self. When this happens, the pressure to perform can feel overwhelming and so you look to others for approval. You might have even formed some unhealthy habits to cope with your feelings. College is a time to grow and thrive, but you feel weighted down by the pressures of life. You know that something has got to change.
Understanding your core identity often means digging into your past and unpacking your experiences, good and bad. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can openly express yourself and explore your thoughts, emotions, and history. Simply put, I offer a time and a place to let your guard down and stop pretending to have it all together.
Life is messy and hard. Any amount of change requires work, but I believe you can lead the life you desire. You are worth it. Consider this a personal invitation to get started. I am waiting to hear from you.
