Megan Beug
College can be an amazing and exciting time while also being a time of a lot of transition and acclimating to new routines and responsibilities. I work with students to help ease the challenge of those transitions and to help facilitate learning how to manage any symptoms of anxiety, stress or depression that can often accompany change.
Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in learning more about my practice or to find out if we would be a good fit.
