Please feel free to take a look at my website. I see many students who are dealing with social anxiety, loneliness, anxiety, relationship problems, eating disordered behaviors, family issues, adjustment problems, trauma of all kinds, depression and grief. I do use a trauma modality known as EMDR which I can explain should it be a good idea for you. Also please know I am active in the sessions so that for the most part there are no long difficult silences!
I am also a musician and so i work well with students or adults in the arts.
