Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, MA
Accepting clients Last Updated 9 days ago

Accepting new clients in Rhode Island and in Massachusetts. My name is Meg and I am a licensed mental health counselor, providing trauma-informed, person-centered therapy through a feminist lens. I have a performing arts background (theatre, music, dance), which helps inform my counseling work. In our therapeutic relationship, you are the driver and I am the GPS; I will help you get to your destination faster, and will re-route as needed, but you are in control of the car.
I work with individuals through a variety of issues including, but not limited to; depression; anxiety, self esteem & expression; body dysmorphia & disordered eating, past & current trauma, sexual trauma. I believe in HAES (health at every size); I practice LGBTQIA2S+ allyship, sex positivity, anti-racism, anti-bigotry, and anti-ableism.
