Meaghan Foley
Meaghan is a clinical social worker and has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Meaghan has worked in a variety of settings such as schools, residential programs, and community mental health. She has experience in working with individuals impacted by depression, anxiety, trauma, and the challenges that can come from transitions in life. Meaghan enjoys helping individuals identify their strengths and building upon those strengths to improve functioning and balance in client’s lives.
In clinical practice, Meaghan believes in a trauma-informed approach and creating an environment where clients can feel safe and secure. While meeting clients where they are at, she utilizes client focused modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Meaghan attended Springfield College for undergraduate and graduate school receiving a Bachelors in Sociology, Minor in Youth Development, and a Masters in Social Work.
