Meagan Bamberger, LCSW
I work with people navigating a season of change, whether through grief, identity exploration, burnout, or relationship transitions, and they are seeking a space where they don’t have to carry it all alone. They may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the future, but they also have a deep desire to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Many of the people I work with are highly introspective and care deeply about others, but struggle to extend that same compassion to themselves. They want to feel seen, validated, and supported as a whole person with layered experiences.
I specialize in working with people moving through grief, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. I offer a queer-affirming and trauma-informed space where clients can show up as they are. My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and grounded in deep listening.
If you're feeling the weight of grief, burnout, identity shifts, or emotional disconnection, you don't have to face it alone. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen when you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Therapy is a powerful act of selfcare and trust, and I'd be honored to be part of that journey with you.
