Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Marriage & Family Therapists

As a licensed mental health therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I specialize in working with adults who are facing anxiety, depression, transitions, parenting concerns, and relationship issues. My approach is both structured and directive, empowering clients to make meaningful changes through practical strategies and focused action. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, managing overwhelming emotions, or seeking balance as a parent, I provide a supportive, solution-oriented environment where you can develop the tools needed to thrive.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reframe negative thought patterns and engage in cognitive restructuring. Additionally, I focus on enhancing interpersonal effectiveness skills, helping clients improve their communication, set healthy boundaries, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

Through a collaborative and goal-focused approach, I will help you break free from unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping mechanisms, improve your relationships, and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the first step toward lasting change, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
