At Meadowbrook Counseling, we specialize in helping people overcome trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, attachment disorders, relationship distress, and personality disorders.

We personalize treatment based on your individual needs and use research based methods. Some of the methods we utilize are EMDR Therapy, CBT, DBT, SolutionFocus and Neurofeedback.

We welcome individuals and families of all abilities, ages, gender identity, immigration status, race, religion, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status.
