Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

Currently accepting new clients. I offer an affirming space for individuals and couples to explore identity, relationships, and emotional challenges. I'm trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and certified in EMDR, integrating both to support healing from trauma, deepen self-understanding, and foster authentic connections. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating multigenerational trauma, anxiety, identity development, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting people as they unlearn old patterns, build healthier relationships, and create lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling.
My approach is centered on helping you express yourself openly and without judgment. Whether you're processing trauma, exploring your identity, or seeking healthier relationships, I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space to move toward self-acceptance, resilience, and meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and reaching out is a brave first step. If any part of this resonates with you, I would be honored to connect and see how I can support you in the ways that matter most.
