Life can shift in ways we never expected—whether from trauma, loss, relationship changes, or mounting anxiety. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're just trying to make it through each day. If you're a trauma survivor, have experienced sexual assault or abuse, or are navigating a major life transition, you're not alone—and healing is possible.
I specialize in working with trauma survivors using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These approaches help reduce distress, process painful memories, and build a sense of safety and control. I also support clients experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, and major life transitions.
I work with individuals and with couples. Whether you're processing the past or managing the stress of the present, therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based care. If you're ready to begin, I invite you to call or email my office to schedule your first appointment. Let’s take that next step together!
