I am a clinical social worker who specializes in disordered eating and diagnosed eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety and depression symptoms. College especially can be a challenging period of transitions and learning more about yourself. Therefore, I often work with clients to help them process the exploration and negative thoughts that might arise through school. Many clients express a sense of perfectionism and intense stress related to grades/job path that can then increase or worsen symptoms.
