Welcome! My name is Maya (they/them) and I am a therapist at Sol Health and Love and Kindness Wellness Services. I’m here to create a warm and nonjudgemental space to share and explore your experiences. I look forward to walking with you toward wellness. I welcome integration of spirituality, creativity and cultural practices into session, centering your perspective, interests and passions.
I utilize many methods to fit each person, including somatic techniques, DBT skills, psychodynamic and behavioral activation. I have a passion for working with C-PTSD and religious trauma, especially transgender and nonbinary survivors. If you are located in NY, I offer group and family therapy.
