Hi there — I'm glad you're here.
I work with thoughtful, high-achieving students who seem like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly exhausted on the inside. You might be the friend everyone counts on, the one who never says “no,” even when you're running on empty. Maybe you’re stuck in a cycle of overthinking, overworking, and still feeling like it’s never enough.

College life can feel like a nonstop pressure cooker — but it doesn’t have to be this hard.

My approach is holistic, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again. I blend tools from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Somatic Therapy to help you better understand your stress, listen to your body’s cues, and build coping strategies that actually work for you.

Let’s connect for a free consult and see if we’re a good fit. You don’t have to figure this all out alone.
