Your Attention Coach
(At this time, all sessions are video connected.) I seek to share the best brain-based information with students during your college years. You are creative, resourceful and whole. One sign of being whole is asking for help, academically or therapeutically. Together, we will rediscover your success in the challenges you face today. We will heal and reframe the executive function challenges you have face. We will rewrite your future success story by changing your habits and providing new self-care behaviors. I trained as an ADHD Coach in 2005. That means I work with diverse thinkers, diverse sensory stimulated students, and with students who want to organize their time better. I recently became a therapist at age 62! (You never stop learning) so I know college challenges personally. I offer you some insurance options. I provide a few free assessments to help you better understand your brain and how you can retrain your brains for tomorrow's challenges. And since you are constantly evolving, we will address how to continue to see yourself as a creative human in a constantly changing process throughout your life. I am trained to assist athletes get beyond injury and troublesome fears. Please review www.maureennolan.net for more information about who I am and then call me at 404-713-0488 for any questions not yet answered. I really do want to hear from you.
