Many of us struggle with the various difficulties of day to day life. School stress, strained relationships with friends or family, and low self-esteem are just a few of the problems that you may be confronting every day. What can make this even more challenging is feeling that you have no one to turn to and no one to support you as you try to overcome these hardships. Feeling alone in our struggles can be debilitating and take a toll in all aspects of our lives.
I firmly believe that we are all capable of overcoming struggle when we feel empowered and feel supported. By utilizing a person-centered and humanistic approach to therapy, I want to focus on what makes you unique and how we can use your strengths to find the peace and growth that you seek.
Seeking help or support can be a challenge in and of itself. I applaud you for taking that step. And I invite you to reach out if you feel that I can be of further support to you in your journey.
