Hello! I am an Associate Professional Counselor with Ellie Mental Health here in Athens. My normal is to work with youth and young adults dealing with anger issues, anxiety, and depression. I Iike to use cognitive behavior therapy to which helps break down thoughts, feelings, and behaviors surrounding a given problem to make it more manageable. I also can integrate Christianity into counseling if desired by the client.
