This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
Hi, I’m Matt. Often, getting started with a trusted therapist can be the most challenging hurdle to overcome. If you are here, then you have already taken your first step. I am proud of you, but more importantly, you should be proud of yourself. No matter where your journey takes you, know that you do not have to walk it alone.
My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all people. I also place great importance on developing a mutual sense of trust, as I believe trust is the key to building a healthy therapeutic relationship. I practice using a person-centered approach and an eclectic therapy model tailored to the individual as I believe that therapy needs to fit the individual’s unique needs and experiences.
I completed my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Michigan. Through my internships and roles I have had the pleasure to work with many different populations, from children with an ASD diagnosis to at risk youth in residential settings to adults with an Intellectual Disability diagnosis to medically compromised adults, and more.
I enjoy working with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, teens and young adults, and anyone else on a journey of self discovery and healing. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you in your therapeutic journey. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or if you would like to schedule an appointment.
