The college experience can be lonely, depressing, anxiety-inducing or just complicated. I am here to meet you exactly where you are. I work with students navigating the ups and downs of living away from home, academic pressure, low self-esteem, career choices, new relationships and the bigger questions about life's purpose and meaning.
My creative life as a musician, filmmaker and writer informs my passion for helping you uncover your inherent gifts so you can more fully embody who you already are. Nothing is out of bounds for me in therapy. I welcome LGBTQIA2S+ clients as well as people of all colors, genders, ages and sizes. I am also comfortable talking about sex, kink and fetishes.
My professional training is founded in my graduate studies of Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology at Naropa University in Boulder, CO. I incorporate Eastern wisdom traditions of mindfulness and self-compassion coupled with Western approaches rooted in existentialism and narrative therapy.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
