Psychologist, PsyD

With 8 years of experience working with undergraduate and graduate students, I've witnessed the tremendous pressure to "have it altogether" in this next generation of adults. The pattern I see is one where one's self-worth is contingent on performance, and the pursuit for perfection is at the cost of authenticity.

It's why I focused my practice on working with adults early/mid in their career who would describe themselves as high-performing, ambitious, and even perfectionistic. I want to support you with building a more balanced and compassionate view of yourself so that you can continue doing what you love without sacrificing your values.

My approach is interactive, feeling-forward, and collaborative. My goal is to create as much space as possible so that, for one hour a week, you can talk about how you're really feeling.

The therapy process is hard work but I'll be there with you the entire way through. I can't wait to meet you.
