Welcome! I'm Matt Dellon, an integrative mental health therapist and certified coach with a holistic approach. We'll work together utilizing a blend of talk therapy, health coaching, and functional wellness to help you find your inner resilience and “new normal.” My approach blends traditional talk therapy, holistic health coaching, and behavioral strategies. I specialize in trauma-informed, solution-focused, and strengths-based therapy, collaborating with clients to explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shape their current experiences. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you can re-author your personal narrative and build a life filled with authenticity, purpose, and intention.

I focus on treating the whole person to promote lasting wellness as the mind and body are part of a complex, interconnected system. In addition to traditional therapy, I can help you explore lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep habits, exercise routines, and environmental triggers to optimize your mental health. By taking an innovative and functional approach, we can identify small, meaningful changes that contribute to your overall well-being.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years in Intelligence roles within the public and private sectors of National Security. Following a traumatic life event in 2019, I transitioned into mental health—a calling I first felt at age 13. My personal journey through physical and behavioral health challenges inspired me to empower others to find their inner resilience and live life on their terms.
