I love helping people of all ages better understand themselves and their place in the world and align their intention and impact. I work with first and second generation immigrants, LGBTQIA+ folks, and creatives to make sense of big life questions, process grief and trauma, live in integrity and have better relationships. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I have neuroscience, somatic and anti-oppression based tools in my pocket to help people resolve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, helping folks manage day-to-day symptoms and heal their past.
