Upper Valley Psychological Services, LLC
Greetings! I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based psychotherapy and assessment for children, adolescents, and young adults. I use an integrated approach, drawing on principles of attachment, developmental theory, and trauma-informed care. I provide comprehensive psychological assessments that address a person's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning in order to address current symptoms and identify underlying causes.
I have training in various evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, TF-CBT, and assessment. I specialize in working with complex developmental trauma and LGBTQ+ individuals. I provide gender-affirming care and evaluations. I also work well with those struggling with emotion dysregulation, executive dysfunction, and other mood-related concerns.
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to ensure my patients feel safe and seen. For me, psychotherapy is a collaborative process, and I’m continually humbled by this work.
