Maryann Bavisotto She/They

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Many of us feel disconnected, carry burdens from past traumas, and struggle to balance caring for ourselves with having a fulfilling life. My approach will help you respond to intense emotions and memories with more curiosity and speak to the parts of you that feel self-critical, alienated, and alone with a more compassionate and nurturing voice. We will explore your unmet needs and help you express yourself with more vulnerability, confidence, and authenticity.

My focus is offering Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to the LGBT/queer community and ADHD/neurodivergent folks. My special interests are spirituality, social anxiety, non-monogamy, co-dependence, intergenerational trauma, college life, and plant medicine/psychedelic integration. I am Level 2 trained in IFS therapy through the IFS Institute, and can also be found in their practitioner directory. I also offer ADHD evaluations - you can find an inquiry form on my website.
