Mary Rzeszut
Many of life's stressors can interfere in the ability to maintain emotional and physical well being. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation to personal growth. The focus in my practice is developing a trusting, safe, supportive environment so you are able to develop strategies to improve overall quality of life through various therapeutic modalities. My practice is client centered so we will work on the issues most important to you and develop goals together. I work with individuals, couples and families in many areas including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and chronic disease.
Living with a medical illness can be life altering. My specialty is assisting those who live with a chronic illness, chronic pain and organ transplant candidates and recipients regain an optimal quality of life while managing the symptoms of the illness.
In addition, I have experience in professional health and wellness and work with the medical community
