Personal Statement
Hi! I’m Mary Margaret! I’m mental health therapist with a passion for supporting individuals, specifically older adolescents and young adults, through lifestyle transitions. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages navigating school challenges, new medical diagnosis, and life transitions. My experience in diverse settings, including hospitals and schools, has shown me that no matter where you are in life, having compassion and support makes all the difference.
I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with each client to tailor strategies that fit their unique needs and aspirations. I utilize a cognitive behavioral framework, integrating motivational interviewing, solution focused strategies, and a person-centered approach to support meaningful and lasting change.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is empathetic, experienced, and dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges, I'm here to help. Together, we can work towards finding confidence, balance, and growth.
