I have been treating children, adolescents and adults since 2005. I have been in private practice since 2014. I have treated many college students of a variety of ages, for a variety of reasons. My approach is a mixture of coaching, collaborating and utilizing clinical skills that include but are not limited to CBT, trauma therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution focused, client centered, strength based, positive psychology. I am also trained in exposure therapy to treat PTSD, phobias and social anxiety disorder, when appropriate. My approach is to work with the client, where they are at emotionally-psychologically, and help them move toward the goals they identify as meaningful.
