Mary Jo Fernandez, Ph.D.

Psychologist, Ph.D.
Accepting clients Last Updated 23 days ago

As a licensed psychologist, I have over 20 years of experience counseling undergraduate, graduate students and adults. Generally, the clients who come to see me are overwhelmed, depressed or anxious. Almost without exception, my clients get better. Please see https://maryjofernandez.clientsecure.me
for more information.

Advanced training in multiple areas, is what I have to offer. My psychologist licenses include Florida and Massachusetts. My education, training and experience includes working with diverse cultures, races, sexualities and traditional/non-traditional religions. Short term treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, is usually recommended. There are other options, including psychodynamic therapy (long term).

There is a RTS stop in front of the office. My practice is located near Ward's supermarket and behind Chipotle on 13th St/Rt 441. I am a provider for some Massachusetts private insurances. If you have an insurance that I do not accept, then there are alternatives, for example a sliding scale option.

On a more personal side, I am open minded with a sense of humor and a predisposition towards quality care. My clients tend to share motivation, determination and they work collaboratively.
