Hello, I'm MC. Do you struggle to relax? Are you constantly in your head? Are you feeling dragged down by life's challenges? The Zen proverb 'Let go, or be dragged' reminds us that often in order to move forward, we must let go of what is holding us back. In therapy, I offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to let go of the burdens and beliefs that are preventing them from living a fulfilling life.

Whether it's anxiety, gender dysphoria, trauma, chronic suicidal ideation, or low self-esteem, I specialize in helping individuals uncover their innate ability to heal and empower themselves through mindfulness and meditation. With nearly 10 years of personal experience in meditation and introspection, I have seen the transformative power of this work and am passionate about helping others find inner peace and strength.

I hold a Master's degree and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My training includes Mindfulness, Breathwork, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, LGBTQ+ issues, and Gender Affirmative Therapy. I understand the importance of feeling safe and understood in therapy, especially for LGBTQ+ individuals. I am here to walk with you on your journey of personal growth and healing.

Let us work together to tap into your inner stillness and uncover the strength within you. I look forward to supporting you in living a more fulfilling and empowered life.
