Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist, CT, GA, FL
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Life can be painful and chaotic at times, and it is easy to get stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. As a licensed psychologist with experience in multiple settings, I use a variety of therapies to support your wellness goals. These include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, increasing resilience, and supporting healthy lifestyle behaviors, which are a foundation for mental health. Many of my clients are seeking support for mild to moderate anxious or depressive symptoms, management of ADHD and/or are seeking diagnosis for emotional, attention, or learning problems. I offer remote therapy and assessment in GA, FL, and CT. Making mental health a priority will be dividends for years to come. In an environment of safety and acceptance, we will work together to develop insight regarding patterns and habits leading to unhealthy functioning, set goals to guide our approach, and learn new behaviors and skills to increase resilience and the ability to handle life's stressors.
