Hi, my name is Mary Catherine and I'm here to help! I work with a wide age range of people but college students are my favorite! You are working hard to improve your life, let me come alongside you to help you on that journey.

I am certified in Digital Addiction, so if you are struggling with addiction to video games or social media, I can help!

I am a Christian and am trained in Christian counseling. When you are struggling in any area of life, it can have an impact on your relationship with God. I'm here to help support you in that, as I work with you to reduce the distressing symptoms you are having.

I have a Facebook page and a YouTube channel that you can check out...free videos on various topics that can be helpful, as well as getting a sense of what I am like. There are links to those pages on the bottom of my website, listed below.
