Hi, I'm Mary. I reallly like my job. I specialize in working with individuals who tend to overthink, have been labeled as "too self-aware", intellectualizers, or find themselves knowing their problem, but struggling to feel relief from it. I also work with childhood trauma, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.

I'm a pretty laid-back person in general, so I try to be that way in session. We're strangers at the beginning, so I do my best to build up our relationship and increase your level of comfortability.
